Deployment orders went out Sunday, week 25, to a LOT of alliances.

Overview: Delve Forecast/Update: Week 26

Both the northern CFC and the reformed southern coalition are calling in their allies, pets and anyone willing to fight for each respective side. This is bringing in some interesting players to the scene in Delve, among others Raiden.

Raiden. has seemed lost since the fall of Tenal and the subsequent “giving away” of their space in Vale of the Silent. However, it cannot be denied that Raiden. can and probably will bring decent sub-capital numbers, but their most important contribution will be their vast super capital and capital fleet, promising some escalated fleet action. Their Initiative companions will surely tag along for the ride, if they aren’t that busy burning Scalding Pass.

It has been long theorized that Against All Autorities alone had more super-capital than the combined Pandemic Legion/TEST fleet deployed in or around Delve.

The question, when it comes to supers, has always been who can get most online with a ping at any time of the day. The timezone differences between the deployed supers of each respective side might be why there hasn’t been as many fights escalating into capital slugfests yet. That could change with the introduction of the Euro-heavy Raiden. fleet into the region.

With the deployment of Raiden. to the area, Goonswarm Federation is enthusiastically deploying to Delve with their newly introduced Tengu fleet concept, always happy to shoot Raiden. It will be the first chance Goons have had to properly field test this new tengu concept.

Also worth mentioning, is the latest in updates. Even before the very first of fully deployed and escelated battles, spies set their finger print.

“A spy stole 60 billion in RA reimbursement isk and dropped sov in their staging system.”

And so Pandemic Legion took their first station in Querious:

9CQ6-H Station capture by Pandemic Legion

Dotlan link:

And so the week and a long summer of fights in Delve begins and we will sure try to keep up with updates.

Remember to keep letting us know if something slips by our attention.

Brought to my attention by Fiberton, and clarified by Mikadeo Nagaski, CEO of  Swift Redemption.

Directly qouted:

[17:14:59] Mikadeo Nagaski > Quote the CEO of corp
[17:15:18] Mikadeo Nagaski > all assest were from Swift redmption,
[17:15:30] Mikadeo Nagaski > 17 b in isk plus 2 jf plus corp hangers cleane dout
[17:15:39] Mikadeo Nagaski > value up to 60 b
[17:15:44] Mikadeo Nagaski > same person
[17:16:26] Mikadeo Nagaski > Swift Redemption does not have access to RA wallets
[17:16:38] Dsan > rgr
[17:16:45] Mikadeo Nagaski > no isk from RA reimbursement

So there you have it, Red Alliance Reimbursement should still be safe.

Sorry for the mistake, thanks for the clarification again from Fiberton.

Ouch, RA seem to be the weak spot of the new full fledged Coalition.

It's funny what a rag tag coalition the SOCO really is.

-A- with RA, RA with ROL (lol)

    1. From a personal point of view, it's kinda why it's funny being in the SoCo, being the underdog and have plenty of targets and fights. and most anyone can look like a genius down here.

Also, no SoCo, what would CFC and the rest of EVE do with all that space and none to fight ?

No, I don't mean it's funny to be part of the SOCO per se, I just meant that Alliances like the ones I have outlined are now fully allied when you know their respective histories. (Especially RA and ROL)

That is the Southern Coalitions main problem actually . . . they're a bunch of RagTag alliances . . . teaming up out of need rather than true allegiance. True allies know that if one fall . . . the rest are weaker for it. In the Southern Coalition . . . the allegiance that is forming isn't building the foundation strong, but rather the foundation already have cracks. Too many alliances in the south have unresolved issues smoldering ready to boil over. While I will agree if this turns into a slugfest things will get exciting for all involved, but for alliances that might stand to lose space and possibly members . . . how many loses do you think they'll take before they cut an under the table deal ? If one does it how long before two, and three do the same ? That's the problem with alliances that form partnerships out of need rather than true allegiance.

I am going to be honest and I am in RA so I'm not some shit poster who knows nothing but….

RA is the weak link in this coalition, that's even if they can be considered a part of this coalition. You compare RA to say Nulli Secunda and you'll see E.g. Nulli has lost maybe 4 systems while RA has lost around 30.

I have talked with the higher ups that have said "There is no need to worry we know what we're doing" I don't believe that for a second like we lost 9CG and we were told we'd have it back soon but I don't think we'll ever get it back……

i am sure Raiden. has been promised RA space or some of it since RA sucks ass. This will be an interesting fight. Once again it will be numbers vs skill we will see who wins. All the alliances in the -A- block have great FCs where was only Goons and Test have good Fcs however I think if PL is fcing the Goons fleets then hands down PL will come out on top but if not my money is on -A- and friends. The first time they abandoned regions they were abandoning them to attack another set of regions. Which they won.

The second time was because terrible leadership resulting in a financial cock up that resulting in losing sov and being unable to fix it. They didn't have a choice.

TWICE! In Feyt, they cracked only to be saved by allies. There was a time when goons were not even logging in and NC was holding their hand. It was a long grind but in the end, they did evac for Delve with their allies after slowly losing space.
They then cracked in Delve too. Lost a few stations to their own screw up and suddenly its all over?! I call that cracking. Others have lost a lot more without giving up.

    2. I think you are pretty far off..
This will come down to morale, stamina and who can keep forming the most the longest.

FC skill won't matter much and most alliances will be doing their own individual fleets.
SoCo do 3 fleets at a time at. RA, Nulli and -A-
      Same will CFC.

      1. SgtSimons

i still think FC skill will have a large part in it. If you lose fights over and over again that will kill off the morale and stamina. If you win over and over again then people will join fleets and fight. I can see why you say that but as being part of Atlas as it fell a huge part of that was FC skill.

there is no so co. if there was RA wouldn't be in it We spent the winter taking catch, detorid, and tenerifris from them, and -a- gave them a place to rest their heads in Querious.

The Mittani needs faces for his enemies so he can rile up his clowns. Same way Americans did to japanese and huns in film strips in the forties.

The way to beat goonswarm is plain to see. Let them come to the south, and everyone unsub till they leave.

Every Alliance the goons want to fight should just unsub instantly until CCP has no choice, but to either kick goons or go out of business.

No alliance in the south, or banded group of alliances, can beat the cfc. As they proved in Faction Warfare they own this game. They are smarter than you, and they get to do the things you're wet dreams are made of. In the end they will reship their pilots faster, they have more money, they will destroy the capital assembly arrays, and then there will be no more capitals for anyone. Then their numbers will truly reign supreme.

raiden has not been able to "actively" use supercaps like PL because they dont have a meatshield and they have lots of enemies that are drooling were drooling for rdn super kills, -a-, solar, everyone… now i would be pretty willing to guess that this will certainly change.

Pilots always come back when they hear the horns of war. Especially with the numbers we will see both sides fielding. I can only hope Delve breaks records and we see a true Super Capital slaughter, one that would make Geminate's losses seem like nothing.

We as a whole are around 3500 members who will be RF'ing and taking all your available generated isk. If you can please copy and paste this to The Mittani as I want him to read this.

For the SoCo block. You guys better bring the fight to the CFC , as the north will burn once again. Stock your hangers full of ships and ammo , because it's gonna be a bumpy ride!!!.

For everyone else that would like a tech moon , go ahead and take it. build and stock your alliance and corp hangers with moon goo. As this will be the only chance you'll get.

The CFC coalition has no chance.

When you look at experience and battle hardened veterans, the Southern Coalition has it all.

When was the last time the CFC had a war with an equal if not better opponent? The only major fights it has been in were ones where they outnumber the enemy by massive numbers, they have fought raiden, evoke, NCdot, BlackLegion… individually. Just winning by numbers and back when game mechanics allowed for first in system wins.
Now theyve got an opponent who can form up 750 pilots in tight fleet comps on a monday evening without even calling a CTA.

Pandemic Legion are their only hope of winning fights. And then we will see the true PL competitiveness… And i expect without capital superiority, PL will fail and flee delve before any other alliance does.

So init, IRC, Raiden, NC. BL didn't work together at all during the branch/tenal campaigns? (They did). What the hell do you mean battle hardened veterans? That works for anyone who has been through a few invasions, and it's not necessarily a good thing.

Speaking of numbers, how has the delve campaign gone for 700-man fleets soco so far? -30 systems?

to be fair, goons was on MASSIVE retreat during the first offense against branch and tenal, and they only managed to turn the tide when a headshot against VFK was attempted. and, as a member of IRC at that time, it was HORRIBLY planned, which was one of the strongest reason as to why it failed as badly as it did (and the 1600 goons constantly in system camping the gates)

Its interesting that CFC decided to go all in here.
since they got alot to lose.
what happens if NC + SOLAR decides to hit them in the other flank?
they are threatening to face a two front war. the only and with Ewoke beeing old friends with nulli and there status with NC its a real risk. thats my threat assessment.

they got little to win (isk wise) in taking DELVE
      mutch to lose.

Once there is enough Supers in the 1 jump from Delve it will turn in to a super stalemate unless one side is careless.

Capital ships will probl. be used for station/hub grinding
and they will die i droves that is my verdict.

subcap fleets losses will also be huge once the blob hit the blob …..

North VS South begin fighting .. and let me sell you the guns that you seek *clapp his hands in glee*

one thing that you have to keep in mind, is that the northern most system nulli really cares about is C3N

You know when alliances lose space and go 'didn't want that space anyways'

In nulli's case, even if they lost space, its kind of true. Nulli has been offered/had available a good majority of delve for a while, and has chose not to use it.

The last two invasions resulted in you losing all your space and retreating to LGK. Destroying a group's space and dumpstering them to NPC 0.0 is pretty much the definition of successful sov war.

Though, given how awful catch is, you probably see stain as an upgrade. Who knows, maybe -A- is so shit you actually like it in the dumpster.

I hear everyone yelling back and forth on who will win, but really what difference will it make? Should be some great fights but neither side is fighting for their home turf. At the end it will just be bragging rights, no different then when -A- deployed north a couple months ago.

Firstly: the station is flipped back.

Second: since there are such a rediculous number of supercapitals cyno-ing into delve, we have the possibility of seeing two things: either huge supercapital battles with billions and billions of losses, or everybody's just gonna sit around and be afraid to drop them. If history has told me anything, it'll probably be the latter. For all intents and purposes, supercapital numbers are more or less even. I don't think either side is willing to lose that balance. The concept of a 'fleet in being' is very important for supercapital numbers, as they cannot be replaced quickly in large quantities. So even if alliances can AFFORD to replace them, they might not have the physical ability to, and would thus be forefeiting the balance of power for the couple weeks that replacements are in the cooker.

Third: everyone saying this fight is going to go one way or the other should probably just quiet down, fight, then talk about it. As its stands, its the old 'quality over quantity' bit in delve. The CFC clearly has the bulk number advantage (although it will probably be significantly reduced because they're not on home turf whereas the SOCO is…), and the SOCO has the edge in skill. Before you flame for this, we all honestly know it. Goons have a *few* good FC's, but i doubt any objective observer would say their FC's are better than shadoo or maka. With PL FCing CFC fleets though, they might have a better chance. Also, the SOCO has proven before multiple times that it has several diverse and specialized fleet concepts, and tight shiptypes. The CFC has for the most part just been 'drake blob' and now 'tengu blob' with maybe a few alpha ships. They're very confined, and just try to outblob their opponents. Don't get me wrong, its fearsome, but in the end, its just a drake blob.
Also keep in mind: 250 drakes die to the same number of bombs as 50 drakes.

We'll see how this turns out, but either way, it'll be a blast.

Your second paragraph is ridiculous. You can't seriously say that you have somehow better or more diverse fleet comps than us with a straight face. We fly basically the same fleets, except you use awful arty canes. You use armour BSes, we use rokhs. That is the difference.

And that you are just generally more skilled, for no apparent reason? I don't even know where/how to start.

    4. No one important

If you really think CFC has "Drake Blob" and "a few Alpha Fleets", you're in for some fun surprises. CFC went back to Drake fleet only recently, and mostly for the ability to roam quickly in it after doing something boring that repping a POS. (Note, too, that the current Drake doctrine fights entirely differently than that used to conquer Fountain in 2010).

To make things even more interesting, most of the CFC alliances tend to have 1 or 2 of their own doctrines. The fleets aren't as large, but if you fleet up expecting to fight Drake Army, and land in a bubble set by 45 dudes in Tier-3 nano-BCs, life gets more interesting in a hurry.

Finally, a *lot* of CFC alliances have started fielding their own independent black ops and bomber squadrons. This is *very* different than even 12 months ago, where you were fairly safe if you weren't engaging the main body.

Were all coming, the entire CfC, its going to be epic. Even SMA is coming to take back thier Bananna's that you stole.

As long as SO co actually fights and doesnt run to Stain like they have done before.

Who cares who wins as long as there are many many epic fights and things to shoot.

If NC. feels they can attack the CfC in the rear it will risktheir place in OTEC. When the CfC are done in the south they will crush them if they do that. The CfC have long memories and will not forgive that. They are still not happy that they allowed the alt corp of Black Legion inside NC. to have tech at all. Imagine what they will do if they attack the CfC in the rear. Although as history dictates it always happens.

Perhaps IRC will attempt it/ I suppose its the only way IRC could get a fight it could win… attack an enemy thats not there lols.
