NULLI Secondhand threw in the following statement at their internal forums, which points out their perspective from the whole RA/-A- deal:

Leak: Official NULLI Secunda Statement

[B0MB] Guderian3
S2N and Red Alliance
« on: Today at 03:40 am »
There have been alot of rumors flying around regarding Red Alliance and their allies moving to Delve and Querious. I apologize for not informing the membership sooner but discussions with -A- and RA were fluid and I needed to make sure it was fine to realse the information publicly.

First, there has been a deal brokered between RA and -A-.

Red Alliance will be brought into the southern coalition and has been “given” space by -A-. RA intended to move anyway to the area to rebuild, but -A- saw fit to offer them a deal instead.

FAIL and their allies have left Querious in a space exchange, they will be getting Detroid. RA will be moving into Querious, except for the XLL constellation in Querious, which will then belong to S2N. In addition, we will be getting several individual systems in order to facilitate our own JF route. Vera Cruz and Hun Reloaded space in Delve are being left as it is.

Nemsis and company were also offered space elsewhere so that RA and friends could move in. As far as I know, they have declined this offer and intend to fight it out with RA- as such they have lost any protection granted to them under the southern coalition.

During this entire process we were in constant communication with -A-, this was never dictated to us nor were we ever forced to agree to the deal. Nor are we obligated to blue RA or friends. However, we WILL be bluing them once they take Querious- as operating logistically without such standings would be difficult. For at least a few weeks they will be available to shoot and roam.

This will no doubt come as a shock considering the two sides have fought each other for months. From -A-‘s perspective, they are gaining a loyal ally due to RA’s change of leadership (The new RA leader was in -A- for a year) and they will have good control over the RUTZ. In addition, they will not have to grind the dozens of stations RA has in the east.

Regarding Nem3, they are getting the short straw here. Nem3 were originally Cascade “guests”. When Delve vaccum occurred post-evoke going north, Nem3 swooped in and acquired large tracts of land since Nulli passed on it. Unintentionally we suddenly became responsible for them as we were ultimately the ones that would defend their space. We liked where things were going with Nem3, but they as they have decided to stay, our relationship cannot continue. We will not help RA take their space, nor will we help them defend it against RA.

This deal does not change much for Nulli. We gain a constellation out of it and retain all moon rights in Nem3 space. We are simply swapping one ally for another in Querious. We have not worked directly with Cascade in any way since Goons had their freeport Delve campaign. While it will no doubt be rocky at first, strategically the south will be in a much better position once things sort themselves.

So no, -A- did’nt throw us under a bus, no, we don’t loose anything in this agreement aside from the inconvenience a temporary neutral Querious will have.

As always, feel free to comment but keeps the comments respectful and on-topic.

I don't see who was thrown under the bus here, except possibly FAIL, and they were an inch from being reset and sent back to empire anyway…

Nulli gains a constellation and more moons. They lose nothing.

Trading FAIL for RA as a local ally actually helps Nulli. RA is much stronger than FAIL ever was, and can help them in the timezone where they are weakest.

As for Cascade, well FAIL is being relocated, but they are getting a full region in trade, not that they deserve it with their horrible participation in coalition fleets.

Nemesis was offered free space to replace the current space they got for free. It's their fault if their leaders are too stupid to accept that.

I think I'll have a lot to laugh about next month should your alliance leadership keep up its stupidity. Even if we like you do just don't shit on deals we make. And that's what this alliance "update" is. Its basically nulli shitting on an agreement we made.

So lets clear some things up for you since your leadership seems to DUMB to tell you the truth.
RA will get all of Delve and Querious safe for 9GNS-2 constellation in Delve which you will be able to keep until the end of 2012. You will NOT get XLL constellation in Querious and you will not retain your rights to moons in nem3 space.

By the end of April HUN and Vera Cruz space is either to be handed over or they will get removed they have time until then to remove their shit.
-A- or any other entity will not be blue to RA they made it quit clear that they do not wish to have us or anyone else for that matter blue. That means no you will not be blue to RA even amusing that makes you guys look pathetic. If this alliance "update" is your leadership trying to provoke RA into some premature action so you can claim they broke the agreement you're dumb. And if you dumb shits even assume for a second that you can run this shit by us you will get evicted before XIX does. You where busy trying to capture some tech for yourself up north tell me again how that went oh that's right I forgot you didn't try to capture moons was just for show. While you where trying not to capture moons we won this war you missed out so you don't get the right to complain. Oh I'm sorry you're not even complaining if you did that that would be fine but instead you're trying to pull this stupid shit right now it looks like you actually want us to reset you. I'm not sure about the rest of our directorate but I'm kinda losing my patience with you while it is funny to watch trying to act all grown up and interdependent there are some limits not to be overstepped.

Good on NEM3SIS choosing to fight, this game is a joke with these super coalitions forming.Sadly CCP does seem to be forcing the game in this direction.Where numbers are more important than anything else and all you need to do now is learn some basic bs skills and press F1 when told to do so.

I had hoped we were heading away from the 'super blobs' after the NC died.Maybe it was too much wishful thinking.Hoping for a dynamic, everchanging null where skills, tactics and imagination got rewarded. Now it looks like we're going backwards ! We're now going to have the same coalitions holding the same space for years.Defended by the same massive 'super blobs' and no way for any new upcoming Alliance to force their way into null without sucking somebody off. This is probably why null is dying with more and more people are heading back to Empire.

I'm not talking about titans, don't even say anything about titans so I don't know where you're getting that from ?

My point is about alliances joining together and forming 'super coalitions'…. null should be about conflict not seeing who can make the most regions blue. This isn't helped by things like td that encourage coalitions to bring even more people into the one focal point.Wars should be on an epic scale in null, with raging battle fronts. So battles and tactics of all kinds from guerilla warfare to large capital fights can happen.

lucan I totally get where your coming from. yes there are things like what ur saying now but as a perfect e.g look at the CFC

from fountain all the way to branch and now soon tenal all blue. Now imagine if every region acted like a hostile country. and say for augment sake u were allowed only 1 ally. you would not need to travel 50+ jumps to get a fight, yes there are some flaws to my thinking but my point remains.

unless ur in WH or low sec, 00 is exclusively for power blocks. you can't take space without a bigger force permission or brining an even larger force. entire region are left empty of battle, its just a ego case sitting their used either for renting or ratting.

          Shadow of xXDEATHXx
          Legion of xXDEATHXx

put together they hold 121 station and and 366 system. that amounts to countless region, used for fuck all of real use to the games content.

i bet 50% or more of those system have not seen 1 kill for weeks.

00 should be like WH, your limited in what you can hold or should hold.

they should nerf the ability to travel and move fleets long distances. they should move resources and share it more equally so not creating an area of great isk.

make it even more expensive to hold a lot of space. and because you have made resources equally shared, one region won't have a advantage of others.

if you really think about it, 00 is really shit and benefits the very few.

      2. I think the point is not about a recent change, but about the way the 0.0 part of the game has perpetually been changing into ever larger, very homogeneous, bland power blocks that are all basically alike, with little to no room for anything else.

This is not new, it has just been growing. There always used to be a small number of large power blocks, but the size of those blocks has been increasing more and more, and the space for and number of independents has been going down to the point of extinction. NEM3SIS is just another in a large list of entities that through their desire to remain independent will be thrown under the bus in favor of yet another bland member of yet another big power block that will undoubtedly be in complete denial of the fact that they have just become a pet.

I'm sure this is great news for those who enjoy playing space diplomat or those who just want to rat in safety and show up every once in a while in 200+ man fleets to see who brings more and gets to shoot structures or brings too few and gets to blue ball. If however you like not to be in servitude and fight for your own space without having to be part of one of those power blocks, it's yet another reason to just say "fuck it" to sov space and live the hard yet completely irrelevant life in NPC 0.0, or just to unsubscribe completely.

      2. The alliances you mentioned all hold 0 sov systems, which only strengthens the point that for independent, skillful PVP alliances, there is currently no place in 0.0 sov.

Of course an argument can be made that they don't want it, but that leads into a deeper discussion of what is the purpose of having sov space, and how it is or isn't fun as it is currently. If it was fun and possible, I'd argue these groups would have sov in 0.0, and the fact that they don't is a consequence of it being either not fun or not possible, or most probably both.

Pets dreams make me laugh. You really think RA went to Delve to enter Southern Block? They came to have fights without blob war but not to have blue space around.

[email protected] you realize it was nulli/vera/huns that fucked up their 4 pet alliances right? then aaa finished off ra

In terms of survival nem3sis have made the wrong decision. They should have followed Fail and nulli eg and taken the dick up the ass and claim to still be a real man.

Props to them for not doing this and fighting on but it seems it would be a pointless fight as they will loose even just against RA super blob.

It may seem a bit of a coward move but live to fight another day in eve is better than just throwing urself infront of a bus. and every alliance in eve has done this at least 2 times in their existence.

I respect nem3sis decision and await their inevitable defeat but I still hope they manage to live on. As the south have told them to fuck off, maybe they can open new talks with new allies.

I would like to say that AAA never came to NEM3 directly. If they told us about the deal and the potential of moving out of delve, we might have taken it. However, that didn't happen. Everything was done behind doors. We didn't find out until a 'spy' got hold of information of a deal between AAA and RA.

So does that mean that NEM3 is even less respected than they thought? NEM3 thought they were the newest members of the Southern Coalition. Perhaps they thought rape caging small alliances like Banderlogs and other small entities made up for getting whelped by TEST, waffles, and random groups like Viking Alliance.

Oh yea, and Banderlogs aka FSP-B. Let's look at the alliance history there… Red Alliance (1). Guess who is going to get rape caged now? Better dock up.

      1. I laugh at you!

I sense someone is a little angry at us for booting you out of Delve… Banderlogs were morons that died like idiots… We offered them to move out peacefully, which at first they did, but then they started attacking our people. They are not a threat. They are a bunch of carebears that want to be 'pvpers'.

Who said we were in the southern coalition? Last I saw we've been killing people that 'are' in the southern coaltion.

If you look at our killboards, you'll c that Test have been getting whelped by us. I dunno if it's because they aren't fully committed to the fight, but they have resorted to bringing small cloaky gangs and camping random systems, hoping to gank one ship, and than run away before we come in to bust their door down. Viking Empire isn't random. They're RA pets, and probably the best that RA has to offer (other than their super cap blob). I respect them, but at the same time I hate them.

Just noticed this. Ha, you think I'm FSP-B? I've just been watching Nem3sis closely and have inside knowledge from friends in the area. I'm pretty sure that TEST designs their fleets to get whelped, so not that much cred there. In light of recent events, it looks like Nem3 is running away pretty fast from a non-threatening RA and pets. Fly safe.

as far as i remember any big allies have always blobbed.
In the past the blob was less blobby simply because there were less people in total.

If you want smalgang/ally/less number you just don t have to go in 0.0 and hold sov. You can run a medium sized ally have tons of fun in any 0.0 npc region.

I don't understand how and why, letting small allies being able to hold 0.0 will improve this game. In b4 solo holding space. Why i can' t hold and defend 0.0 sov space alone? That' s just retarded.

And, beside, CFC and Goons, there are medium sized ally that are holding 0.0: Nulli, CVA, Nemesis. Obiviously to keep that space you have to do some deal and politics, and that sa HUGE thing in favor of EVE. There s no other MOO were the politics and player driven decisions are that important,

NEM3 moves in and captures Delve.
S2N finds out and tells NEM3 to had over the O-EIMK constellation.
NEM3 says 'no' many meetings ensue
Many meetings later NEM3 wins to keep O-EIMK constellation, but had to forfeit moon rights to S2N
S2N is now upset because they have to buy F-I56R constellation off of Polaris Syndicate
NEM3 corp MARS. moves into Delve and looses many expensive ships to gankers while care bearing.
MARS. is told to leave, they turn into drama llamas and contact -A- and PL for support.
MARS. leaves, NEM3 is now on -A- Radar.
S2N and -A- have secret meetings and decides to hang NEM3 out to dry.

All of this could have been avoided is S2N wasn't to lazy to Sov Grind!!

Nulli's leadership is a big crock, they worry about what -A- thinks and what there kugu rep is. GG you ass's.

Yo simple idea, you can only set a maximum of 2 x Alliances (Blue) or even one end off, the rest appear Red.

So your Overview shows Blue and Red and no other rainbow of colours hehe.

Kill this super coalition shit it's ridiculous.

NEM3's history is short. The reason it formed was because AAC the founding member looked at various options joined various alliances and discovered that they could do better. NEM3 has never relied on anyone else to PVP or SOV grind. They might lose the space but SOV is not the price for NEM3 its the PVP. They have friends in other alliances and I am sure they are already reaching out with the finger on the BAT PHONE when RA bring their CAPS out. After all who would turn down the chance of killing CAPS????

    Ex AAC member.

    …and your point is?
Ok let me break it down for you, it is only natural to make a complete standings reset once you move milion constellations away.
New neighbours and all that stuff… that doesn't ring a bell there for ya? Didn't think so. :<
