This night will be happily forgotten by The Initiative. (INIT) and their friends. Following the loss of 5-N2EY yesterday, more systems were in their final reinforcement cycles. Without a doubt StainWagon and AAA have dominated the night and won the huge lagfest in HY-RWO (Catch).

Stain Coalition had a CTA called for 21:30 in their home base of LGK (Stain). One ready to move, local was 550+ that were ready to be bridged into the combat zone. INIT moved out of GE- and as they were jumping into HY-RWO, SW/AAA bridged into the system as well. Local at 900. Orders were to warp to station at 0 and start fighting, with the lag spike this made both fleets suffer heavily.

Fight was at 10-20km on station were both fleets tried to shoot/kill anything, however both had hard times, as locking/warping/gun cycling was very bad. StainWagon supercapitlas jumped than to the station as well, 20 titans and 20 supercarriers. DD´s worked as usually allright in lag, and INIT command ships and logis were dded left and right.

INIT changed the tactics and got off the lagged grid and warped to V-3 gate to kill the SBU quicker than the SC´s shooting the station. SW followed, with titans as well and forced INIT off the field to another SBU, now at the 6X7 gate. Whern SW/AAA tried to warp, the whole nod started collapsing, people dying while blacsreen and the usual gamble began. Station was at 30% structure when this happened.

Once nod crashed, people started relogging, which was a mad race. Station got back 80% armor, sev eral capitals reported thant their drones were missing and so on. Now with only 500 in local station feel quickly, as INIT had no more the numbers to counter attack. TCU was quikcly dispatched and the fleet moved towards GJ0-OJ, where the same happened, now without lag.

INIT was meanwhile between GE- and V-3 and in their safe tower in V-3.

2 systems switched hands and AAA controls now both stations and their TCU´s are online. The use of supercapitals has been perhaps the deciding factor, as they work good in lag. INIT and their allies haven´t deployed any of them and relied on the drake blob. The kills/losses are very equal, however with all reinforced system switching owner, we have to call this a absolute SW/AAA history. More stuff is coming out of RF today.

yea brah, the alliance with under 2k ppl was really thinking about taking over your region, when they already had 3.5 regions.

you are a muppet, any fights in immensia would have at most been putting up SBUs to force fights, no real intentions on taking your little home.

your campaign in catch however, has produced loss after loss, while you let your allies get rolled over and fail cascade(ie: DT, CO2, ED) and when you go running back to immensia the whole south will know what an easy demoralized target you are, until evoke gets tired of provi and moves to immensia, or perhaps hvc/BE will take it just to have somewhere to chill

All of this AAA chestbeating about a fight who went 115:133 is really ridiculous to say the least. I mean wtf? Stain coalition shows up with twice the numbers and what? 20 titans? Against a Drake blob? And this turns out 115:133? I don’t say this is not a victory, the one who holds the field wins, losses don’t matter… but i really have a BIG laugh at all the people who repeatedly use words like “bye bye INIT” and “failcascade” and all that other troll stuff. you know why? because you write this stuff since months. and we all know why you do it. Because INIT and IM put more pressure on you than you expected, because Stain C0ven AAA and ROL underestimated INIT&IM’s powers. because you NEVER expected that they will give you a 115:133 result even when you bring all your titans and SC’s. THIS i must say is a very nice demonstration of the leadership skills of Sister Bliss and the other INIT FC’s who seem to be able to motivate their people and fight an enemy who is outnumbering them. but as i said: even outnumbered INIT brings a hell of a fight and all the trolling on this website, all the chestbeating is just a sign of the slight relief that Stain Coalition seems to feel now that they hold the field against INIT. The so called “Elite PVP” Alliances have still a hard way to go if the maximum they can get is a 115:133 result. congratulation to INIT and IM and their Allies.

      Losses: 80

i’m not sure where this number of even kills/losses came from..probably from init not posting their losses. In any case StainWagon wiped the floor with the init fleet, most of the losses were people who actually jumped to cyno rather ended up in some empty part of space. From there on we lost very few ships, compared to massive losses from init side.

Please research your numbers next time before posting the article, losses were not even by any stretch of imagination.

Heh if you are still braging about k:d ratio then you have no bloody idea about how stain wagon is waging war. Some CAAASE FCs would gladly welp entire fleets if that would further their strategic goals. Its a major difference that their members are resilient enough to be able to lose that ship then show up on next cta.

If I was you, I’d sit quietly, cause there will be someone who will mock you into your own shit:
INIT was handed the space on a silver plate by joining the coat-ride led by PL/WN/XIX and then bringing in whole IT powerblock.
Even when PL/WN/XIX and IT left the scene, INIT+allies still outnumbered AAA and allies significantly.

hahaha… easy on the rage mate, look at killboards and battle reports, init and friends havent outnumbered -a- and co. except for maybe 1 of every 10 fights. They have more in alliance maybe but most are probably alts and macros

That just proves that INIT is a shit alliance with shit participation who doesn’t deserve to be a spaceholding entity.

the ignorance is strooooooong with this one

not only do init+init mercs alone match all of SW+AAA+ROL in numbers, but they came in with a bunch of other allies.

the whole campaign of theirs to take -A- space they greatly outnumbered all of the SW side

with their allies they still outnumber the SW side, but they have been losing so miserably and consistently that moral is low enough in enough pilots to just not come, that is why they have low numbers of fleets

check doltan and get real number facts b4 your make a fool of yourself next time troll

Even though my corporation is associated with SYS-K (rofl…) I have always wanted to see AAA get their space back. I don’t like Initiative at all, and no matter what the top level people think, I have always liked AAA for some reason. I’d love to see INIT get kicked out of Catch. I’m in EVE for my corp and the friends in it that I’ve had since before EVE 😛

You may see a lot of capital activity over the next few days, this is just a mass logistical effort, not an evacuation. Do not listen to rumours, we are well in touch with what is going on and will pass on intel as it comes to the directors. Others may tell you lots of things, trust me when I say they are probably not fully abreast of the situation

TBH its alwayst good to have your shit out of front like in case some shit hits the fan.
INIT. should have evacuated catch long time ago to make their members calm that they wont get few billions trapped.

Well I’d have to say if InIT are falling back to the castle (Immensia) now is a good idea, cause if they wait any longer they will not have had the time to close the gates when we show up…

You know, if you’re going to claim to be a ‘journalist’ and write for a ‘news’ website, you might at least want to run your posts through a spell-checker before mashing the submit button with your stubby fingers. Your news update reads like the frenzied ramblings of an opium fiend. Please either forward your report to someone with a basic grasp of the English language for clean-up and re-writing before submission, or copy and paste your blather into Word and do not ignore the many green and red lines that will magically appear throughout your article.

The standards of journalism on this website are so appallingly low as to make the whole thing seem rather farcical. Awful reporting I can even tolerate, it’s the head-hitting-keyboard approach to spelling that really makes these updates unreadable. Get it sorted and get it sorted now.

This website needs an editor and it needs some fucking quality.

Agreed. Currently the whole site is just a Troll breeding farm…..

I was in this fight and there are so many factual inaccuracies and unsubstantiated opinion in this alleged “article” it would be more helpful just to post the TL;DR version:

TL;DR – Huge laggy battle, node crashed, AAA won, INIT went home.
